Common Issues
Payment not applied
If your GCX credits weren't applied after a tool call, include your wallet address and the approximate time of the call in your ticket below.
Tool returning errors
Check that your image is under 20MB and in a supported format (PNG, JPG, WebP). For print_ready, use product_size parameter (e.g., "a4", "poster_24x36").
Rate limited
Free tools: 10 calls/hour (anonymous) or 60/hour (registered wallet). Register a wallet at POST /api/wallet/register for higher limits and 10 free GCX credits.
